When we are living more aligned, life can start to feel stable once more. We can feel more confident, have better boundaries. We can start saying yes to living more, have more energy, focus, direction, clarity, joy, laughter, flow...
We get to understand what is truly important to our soul, what we need to let go of, what we want to be spending our time, resources and energy on, and we get to uncover the people that we want to have around us.

In this chapter I share how to make self-care part of your daily routine and why it is important.

And finally you will get to know how to build resilience to help you stay more connected and feel more grounded in your true self.
I know how it feels to be disconnected from my true self. If you're nervous about taking these steps, please know that is totally normal. When we have been struggling, in the red zone I call it, however uncomfortable it is, it’s familiar. Stepping out of that and making changes can be scary, absolutely terrifying sometimes, but as I say it is worth it.
