This journey isn't just some whimsical things that I have put together it is based on a large amount of coaching experience and lived experience from my personal journey too. STEP 1

There is no messing around! Awareness is the first step, and by the end of this step you will understand more about the limiting beliefs you hold that may have been sabotaging, causing havoc, in allsorts of areas of life whether that be business, relationships, finance, health and more!

STEP 2

Step 2 is around understanding the extent those beliefs have been playing out. It brings with it a bucket full of hope outlining how we can take to start rewiring some of those unhelpful, limiting thoughts. It starts to look at what an authentic life can look like and maybe most importantly feel like...

STEP 3

This builds on step 2 and helps to find out more about our authentic self. Crucial for business owners, because it can be hard to do life if we are not coming from an authentic place, and super hard in business if that's the case...

STEP 4

This is about looking after you, in step 2 you will have seen the difference having energy in the tanks makes, and this gives some tools and ideas around what that means and what it can look like. Why self care isn't just a buzz word, more a non-negotiable!

STEP 5

Brings the rest of the steps together as it talks about the bridge between the red zone and the green zone. The steps we can take to reconnect with our authentic self, the role our feelings playing and what we can learn from them...
